Give your vessel an efficiency boost with our ultra-premium fouling release coating system that provides a smooth hull surface, up to 10% power reduction, minimal 1.0-1.5% average speed loss, CO2 savings of up to 25%, and 60 days of static protection. PPG SIGMAGLIDE 1290 is based on a unique 100% pure silicone binder system and is completely biocide-free to be friendly for the aquatic environment.
PPG SIGMAPRIME® 200 and PPG SIGMAPRIME 700
Our universal epoxy anticorrosive primers deliver superior quality results as well as major time and energy savings due to their very short recoating time and fast-drying properties. They can be applied to almost all vessel areas, in virtually all temperatures throughout the year with excellent recoatability.
This single-coat application system is designed to protect assets in the most challenging marine environments with abrasion resistance and the ability to cure when immersed in water.
This high-activity, self-polishing antifouling coating is specially formulated to meet the challenges faced by low-activity vessels operating in aggressive fouling conditions.
Our premium, instant low-friction copper-free antifouling is a self-polishing and high performance coating used by cruise fleets on boot tops. It offers excellent color retention and maintains “as new” cosmetic appearance for extended periods.
The latest addition to the successful PPG SIGMA SAILADVANCE range represents a significant breakthrough in antifouling technology. Specifically developed to provide maximum hull protection against fouling, PPG SIGMA SAILADVANCE NX also delivers improved power efficiency and CO2 savings, resulting in lower total operational costs and improved compliance with IMO Carbon measures.
Our patented and proven polysiloxane technology offers coatings that are isocyanate-free, provide long-term protection with high durability and weatherability, and deliver outstanding color and gloss retention.
PPG COPPER ARMORTM
This EPA registered anti-viral and anti-bacterial* interior coating uses Corning® Guardiant® copper technology to continuously kill viruses and bacteria^ on the painted surface within 2 hours of exposure for up to 5 years.
This universal anticorrosive epoxy primer/coating has year-round application, abrasion resistance and good flexibility to protect ballast tanks, decks, topsides, superstructures and hulls.

* Kills 99.9% of bacteria Staphylococcus aureus (Staph), Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Enterococcus faecium, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Acinetobacter baumanii, Enterobacter aerogenes, Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA), Vancomycin-resistant enterococci (VRE), Escherichia coli (E. coli), and Salmonella, and viruses Feline Calicivirus and SARS CoV-2 within 2 hours of exposure to paint surfaces.
^ Effective for up to 5 years based on test method “Protocol for the Evaluation of Bactericidal Activity of Antimicrobial Coated Surfaces” (MRID 51062601) as long as the integrity of the surface is maintained and is part of a comprehensive infection control and hygiene program. Cleaning agents typically used to maintain painted surfaces are permissible including multi-purpose, bleach, and peroxide cleaners. Quaternary ammonium (quats) disinfectants should be avoided.
